Justin used to role with The Decadence. He has blood on his hands, and ever since leaving The Decadence tried to lay low by moving to a different part of town. He worked with Harold a couple times in The Decadence and had lost contact with him ever since. He later met Rian, who recently moved into Rochester. After awhile, without realizing it, ran into his old partner Harold and even killed Rian's brother with him. He finally realized it after another meet up and later formed the Disciples of Destruction. He also goes by his alias "Omen".
