Patsy always dreamed of being a big deal, getting into the family business was exactly what he wanted to do...and was what he did do. Patsy found himself doing oddjobs at the age of 14. His family saw the potential he had and so they gave him jobs that no one else were trusted with. 1978 was a great year for Patsy being a "made man" at quite a young age. He also teamed up with Big Joe starting out a faction that they never knew would grow into something stronger than they planned on being. In 1982, he helped get rid of Joe's former boss and had established the faction as the Miceli Family. In 1998, Joe introduced Dominick and Tony to Patsy. He gave them a job which would test them to see if they were worthy to roll with them. They both succeeded and became new members of the Miceli Family. Patsy is notable for his Cadillac and the faction is seen usually driving in it in the summer time. Along with the rest of the guys, he wants the package no matter what the cost.
